Dr. Melissa Boswell, PhD, RYT-200

Founder of Rethink Health and creator of the Rethink OA program, Melissa blends Stanford-backed clinical research with mindful, yoga-informed approaches to movement and healing. Melissa is a Stanford-trained bioengineer, former VP of a human performance institute, and yoga and mindfulness instructor.

Melissa brings compassionate, evidence-based guidance to help people build confidence, rethink pain, and reconnect with what matters most in their lives.

Casey Everhart, MS, ATC, CSCS, ACSM-HFS

Casey is a certified athletic trainer and strength and conditioning specialist specializing in injury prevention, rehabilitation, and mindset-based coaching. She believes that lasting physical change begins with how we think about our bodies.

Casey supports individuals in understanding the role of mindset, nervous system regulation, and self-trust in healing and movement, helping them move with confidence rather than fear. Her approach blends science, compassion, and practical tools to support sustainable health and resilience.
